Hovis is seeking a Bakery operator to support the Operations Team at the Erith Site. This is an excellent opportunity. This will be utilized on our 17-sack line. In accordance with the Lifelong Customer Loyalty program, Erith Bakery maintains a family-like culture and an informal work environment founded on two-way communication and employee engagement. This has resulted in their reputation as a bakery committed to providing high-quality products to their customers. Reporting to the Production team, the successful candidate will be required to work a shift pattern involving day shifts, night shifts, and weekends.

Through the efficient operation of plants, equipment, and systems, you will be required to contribute to an efficient, customer-focused manufacturing process. You are an ideal candidate for this position if you possess an education equivalent to GCSEs and, ideally, experience working in a process environment or bakery.
