Working Hours and Salary:

As a full-time member of our care assistant team, you will work a European schedule pattern of four days in the first week and three days in the second. This involves working every other weekend. Between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., you will work an average of 11 hours per day as a split schedule for our home care jobs. It is a popular option due to the predictability of days off and the ability to organize one’s life around work.

  • You will receive 5.6 weeks of vacation per year and statutory illness pay.
  • Your hourly rate will be £10.10, payable monthly.
  • Since you will be driving between private addresses in your own automobile, we will reimburse you 45 pence per mile for your travel expenses.
