An intriguing opportunity has arisen for a seasoned engineering craftsperson (electrical) to become a member of our multi-disciplinary estates team. The optimal candidate for this position will have completed a recognized electrical apprenticeship and possess a comprehensive understanding of mechanical building services, as well as experience in building services installations.

The post holder will be accountable for the provision of engineering maintenance services primarily for the trust-owned buildings in the Teesside locality of the trust as a member of the maintenance team.

The position will be located at Lanchester Road Hospital, Lanchester Road, Durham, DH1 5RD. However, you may be required to operate from other Trust sites for some time as the service requires.

About us:

The position necessitates collaboration with other engineering team members and, when necessary, with the building team, while operating within a limited engineering team.
