Description of Security Specialist Jobs

The primary objective of the TD Fusion Center is to provide the financial institution with an integrated and centralized operational hub that improves enterprise threat detection and prevention, forecasts emerging threats, and facilitates emergency response. This is done by using a single view that includes all of TD’s operational priorities, information needs, and threat landscape.

TD is currently recruiting for a safety specialist to join the Fusion Automation team as an integral component of its Fusion Center. You will demonstrate technical leadership in tasks and subject matter expertise in implementing built-in options and automated business processes to enable the global Fusion teams to handle cyber threats and fraud consistently and effectively in line with the core objectives and priorities of the TD Fusion Center.

The Safety Specialist will work for the senior supervisor of the Fusion Automation team and will probably be in charge of coming up with, designing, implementing, and constantly improving automation solutions for safety incident response, investigation, and communications. This will help TD handle internal or external events that could threaten its finances, reputation, or operations. The safety specialist will likely be an active member of an agile supply team, contributing to the product’s inception, planning, delivery, and deployment stages while ensuring that the interests of stakeholders are effectively aligned.

Meaningful discussions about efficiency and professional development with one’s supervisor are what drive profound productivity. There are several tasks that you may be expected to perform:

• Lead discussions with Fusion Center colleagues to identify automation and advanced tooling alternatives.
• Current document resolution suggestions for stakeholders

• Assist the agile team in the development of epics, personal stories, and sprint planning.
• Develop and design alternatives employing an agile methodology.
