Documents Required for HEC Moroccan Government Scholarship
These documents are not required for online applications. Only candidates who have been shortlisted are required to submit these papers. So, attempt to prepare the following documents:
- A copy of the HEC’s signed application form.
- All educational documents must be attested.

- Motivational letter from the candidate.

Applicants must meet the following requirements when applying online for the HEC Moroccan Government Scholarship:
- Be a Pakistani/AJK national with a permanent address in Pakistan/AJK. Dual nationality will not be tolerated.
- The chosen scholar must be ready to begin academic studies in Moroccan universities before the start of the academic year in September/October 2024.
- For an undergraduate program, a minimum of 12 years of schooling (FSC/A-level) is required. Age range: 19-23 years.
- For the Master’s program, a minimum of 16 years of education in appropriate fields of study is required.
- For admission to a Ph.D. program at a relevant Moroccan university, you must have completed at least 18 years of study in the relevant discipline.
- The applicant must not be receiving any other scholarship at the time of application.
- Applicants must also meet any additional requirements imposed by the relevant Moroccan university.
- The nominee must not have been previously suspended from the Kingdom of Morocco for any illegal activity.
- The mode of communication is French, and those who do not have a suitable level of the French language must take a language upgrading course in the first academic year before enrolling in a degree program. Repetition is not permitted in a language lesson. Linguistic subjects, Arabic literature, and Islamic studies are taught in Arabic, and applicants must learn the language.
