During their rehabilitation, we help individuals transition from a hospital or secure environment to community-based living. We also provide patients with chronic or life-limiting conditions with ongoing support.
Two ten-bed units give the residence a cozy and delightful atmosphere. Yarningdale also offers the OneCare service, which provides nursing care in a residential setting to individuals whose circumstances compel them to live alone.
