This is a fantastic opportunity to become a Supporter Care Assistant for the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK). You will join a team of eight individuals who are committed to providing the best customer service experience possible and seeking opportunities to strengthen our relationship with supporters.

You will have the ability to use a variety of communication methods and databases, as well as the experience and aptitude to do so. You will work collaboratively as part of a team; you will be proactive in problem-solving with a concentration on the supporter experience so that UNICEF UK can create a better world for all children. As the first point of contact for both our supporters and the general public, you will handle phone inquiries, emails, live chat, text messages, social media, and the occasional letter.

This position requires you to “think with your head and act with your heart” in order to ensure that our supporters have the best experiences possible. Occasionally, these can be challenging conversations with distressing subject matter, but you will have access to extensive support and knowledgeable colleagues.
