In your role as the anatomical pathology technologist, you will support and contribute to the daily operations of our mortuary facilities at both Royal Free Hospital and Barnet Hospital, ensuring that our deceased patients receive respectful and efficient treatment. You will work in close collaboration with a team of dedicated mortuary professionals, bereavement and medical examiner services, bereavement midwives, spiritual care, and funeral directors, among others, to ensure that all parties involved receive exceptional service.
In addition to administering patient care, you will be accountable for the uninterrupted operation of all equipment and facilities. Furthermore, your experience, skill, and expertise will enable you to contribute to the post-mortem service at the Trust and to develop and deliver ongoing education and training as necessary throughout the organization.
