- Students in the intermediate or school Level who are talented and deserving will apply through their schools or institutions. Diya Pakistan is now solely providing scholarships to government institutes. The Institute will contact our office for more information on the procedure.
- Students who get scholarships worth more than Rs. 25000 per year from other organizations are ineligible for the Diya Scholarship.
- Students must get at least 60% on all levels.
- For the first time, students must complete the Online Scholarship Application and upload scanned documents (listed below).
- It may take 30 to 45 days to examine your application with scans, and you can check the status of your application on the website every week.
- Your application’s status will be updated on the site as Clarify, Incomplete, Complete, Not Accepted, or Approved.
- Following clearance, the cheque will be delivered to your Institute within 10 to 30 days. After verification, the Institute will either send it over to you or adjust your charge. You can cash the cheque at any Meezan Bank branch by presenting your original NIC Card and a NIC Copy.
- Scholarships are paid on a fiscal year basis, from July 1st to June 30th. If the course continues, the student may seek for renewal the following year.
- Students may NEVER APPLY AGAIN if their case was previously “Not Accepted” or if they provided fake/modified/cut and paste papers or information. Please clarify any issues you experience with submitting any required documents.

- All University semester / annual results certificates where the result has been declared.
- Fee receipts or a bank challan for the current fiscal year.
- Salary Slip (If the guardian works)
- Pension document, displaying the name page and the pension amount page. (If the guardian is a retiree)
- All brothers and sisters who are studying have an enrollment certificate. (Only for those whose father/guardian is a non-salaried individual)
- If available, an electric bill and a college card.
