Job Responsibilities of a Lab Assistant:

  • This individual would oversee the execution of daily responsibilities associated with the position of Lab Assistant, in addition to spearheading leadership processes at the ground level.
  • The laboratory assistants engage in the manual processing of samples, employing pipettes for this purpose, similar to the majority of other laboratory tasks.

  • Provide instruction to fellow laboratory assistants while conducting competency evaluations of said assistants.
  • Assist the manager in verifying that all quality control (QC) data is satisfactory and that laboratory assistants are adhering to established QC protocols.
