What You Will Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • A minimum of two years of previous experience in culinary service in a healthcare setting
  • The State of Illinois ANSI-accredited Food Handlers Certificate within thirty days of the employment start date for employees working towards the Food Service Sanitation Manager Certificate
  • A certificate as a Food Service Sanitation Manager from the State of Illinois is required within three (3) months of hire.
