Duties of Support Time and Recovery Worker:

The daily holistic support needs of service consumers are addressed by STR workers, who are members of a mental health service team.   • As part of the Foundation Workers’ comprehensive support and development program, to offer communication, guidance, and support to Foundation STR Workers.
  • To promote the recovery and independent living of service consumers in the community in a positive manner.
  • In order to facilitate the effective engagement of service users with their individual person-centered care plan and the provision of feedback to their care coordinators regarding the care plan
  • To be responsible for the coordination and provision of information to other organizations that are engaged in the service user’s support.
